THE COLOURS & 15 JEFFERSON AVE
Evansville, IN
Townhomes & three levels, a life of its own
From the colorful doorways of The Colours to the Commercial corner at 15 Jefferson, this development brings a fresh expression of urban life to Haynie’s Corner Arts District. Mominee Design Build brought the vision from concept through construction, connecting townhome-style condominiums with spaces to gather, recharge, and explore. The Colours pairs modern interiors with private outdoor retreats and covered rooftop verandas. Alongside it, 15 Jefferson layers Spankey’s Una Pizza Cafe and Bar, Golden Goose’s thoughtfully appointed short-term accommodations, and The Yoga Space across three distinct levels creating a destination that brings people together and adds lasting value to the neighborhood.
