Developed, designed, and constructed the commercial component completing The Colours development. Incorporates Spankey’s Una Cafe, The Yoga Space, and Golden Goose’s four short-term rental apartments.
Tin Fish and Commercial Tenant Spaces

Ground-up commercial building containing a dedicated Tin Fish restaurant space and three additional tenant spaces. Also completed the Chino’s barbershop buildout within one of the tenant spaces.
Noodle House and Tee Box

Ground-up restaurant and golf simulator facility, including site development, parking lot, grease trap, drive-through, signage, building construction, and interior buildout. Assisted with substantial design revisions and updated construction plans to address owner requirements beyond the state-approved vanilla-box plans.
Dunkin Donuts Restaurant Conversion

Converted a former Orange Leaf into a Dunkin’ Donuts, including new floor drains, site signage, drive-through equipment, exterior awnings, and parapet modifications.
The Colours Townhome Development

Developed, designed, constructed, and sold ten attached townhomes separated by vertical party walls. Subsequently completed the development with 15 Jefferson.
